By downloading or using LingTok you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which also governs your use of the app. If the two conflict, the Apple Standard EULA controls for app-store matters.
LingTok shows short third-party videos in a language you are learning and lets you tap words for explanations, save words, review them, and track a learning level. Source videos are used under Creative Commons (CC-BY) licenses, public-domain status, or direct creator authorization; we do not claim ownership of that footage.
You can use LingTok as a guest, or sign in with Apple or Google to sync your progress across devices. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, scrape its content, or use it to infringe others' rights. We may suspend or end access for violations.
LingTok offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly). Neither plan includes a free trial.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Explanations, translations, and other learning material are provided for personal study only. Source videos remain the property of their creators and are used under Creative Commons (CC-BY) licenses, public-domain status, or direct creator authorization, as applicable to each clip. Report a rights concern to the contact below.
LingTok is provided "as is". Language explanations are generated with automated tools and may contain errors; they are study aids, not authoritative translations. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use means you accept the change.
